Secrets Goes To Metal Temple

Another review off the press rounds for Brisbane based powercore outfit A Breach Of Silence as their album Secrets continues to get covered from the biggest to the smallest names in the underground heavy music scene.

This time, old school metal news and reviews website Metal Temple takes a sprawling and well intentioned look at the new album, in a piece put together by writer Devin C. Baker.

The article spends a lot of time dissecting the origin and wavering definition of “powercore”, as well as a peak into A Breach Of Silence’s past before moving on to their current new project.  Praising the band’s musicianship, songwriting and production values the reviewer tends to get hung up on whether the album fits the genre much more than how much he actually enjoyed it.

We here at Mannequin Republic would like to thank Devin for covering the new Secrets album for to the fine folks at Metal Temple for publishing it.  If you’re keen to read into the detail of the genre and a brief overview of the new work by A Breach Of Silence, head over to Metal Temple right now at and check this one out.
