Thanks Born Of Osiris
Mannequin Republic would like to thank all the awesome people that made the Born Of Osiris shows in Brisbane happen and for inviting our bands to perform on the line up.
Born Of Osiris’s January 2014 Australia tour kicked off with two back to back shows in Brisbane, starting at The Tempo Hotel on January 16 where our very own Road To Ransome and A Breach Of Silence took the stage to bring the house down.
This was one of the last scheduled live shows for Road To Ransome as they take a break from the live scene to sort out the final stages of their new album, Animus, and also for A Breach Of Silence as they go straight into the studio with Fredrik Nordstrom.
Following up on that show was the first all ages event of the tour where Mannequin Republic was again represented by the tried and true Bayharbour and did us proud at Upstairs At 199 in Brisbane’s West End.
Special thanks to the venues, The Tempo Hotel (388 Brunswick Street, Foritude Valley) and Upstairs At 199 (199A Boundary Street, West End) for providing a place for us to party and of course everyone who put in the work behind the scenes at Vanguard Touring.
Also thanks to After The Burial who made the long trip over from the USA to tour with Born Of Osiris and local lads Hope In Hand for rocking out as well.
Last, but not least, all the fanatics that came out to show Brisbane knows how to throw down and show the world that our little underground scene is pretty hardcore. More international acts heading your way soon through Mannequin Republic.
