Brisbane based powercore metal band A Breach Of Silence are making plans for a brand new recording project to rock 2014 in style.

Details are still under wraps but fans are expecting another full length follow up to last October’s debut album release of Dead Or Alive, which is still going strong with the release of another music video from the album for the track “Night Rider”.

New material is in the preproduction stage now and the band has been hard at work refining their new tracks throughout January.  Recording scheduled to begin this month on what is sure to be another epic release from one of Queensland’s premiere alternative metal acts.

Ghosts On Broadway have saved the best for last as they take their final bow away from the local music scene.

In the final months of 2013, Ghosts On Broadway were playing a limited number of live shows to continue work on their 2014 release self titled EP.  It is a bittersweet release for fans of the band as some of their best work yet will most likely not see a live stage anytime soon.

Ghosts On Broadway is a 5 track EP featuring all new previously unreleased material.  The band has worked hard on since the release of their last single.

You can hear the EP in full for free on YouTube.

Brisbane powercore quintet, A Breach Of Silence, are counting down the days until the release of a brand new music video for the single “Night Rider” due for release in the coming weeks.

The video has wrapped up filming at the Caboolture Historical Village in Queensland where Cossie, Blair, Andrew, Rhys and Kerrod got all duded up in some authentic cowboy gear to play with antique firearms and kick it real old school for this Western themed clip.

The video is helmed by Steven Caldwell who is producing and directing along with some excellent visual effects from Kerrod Cooper.

The song “Night Rider” is another cut from last year’s Dead Or Alive album, available now through Eclipse Records.

See what it’s all about in this special behind the scenes teaser to wet your appetite for more A Breach Of Silence style antics coming soon at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJXDuq0MIl0.

Road To Ransome and Mannequin Republic would again like to thank everyone who came out and partied with the band at Snitch for the Paramore After Party on Thursday January 9 show.

This marked the first show since the release of the first single “Nightmare” off the new Animus album, along with the debut performance of the band’s second guitarist, Bradley Maddenford.

The show was also visited by The Veronicas who came out to enjoy the new Road To Ransome like everyone else.

Special thanks to the X&Y Bar (648 Ann Street) in Brisbane for hosting the party and to DAL for organising the show.  We had a blast and hope you did too.

Make sure you check out Road To Ransome again as they continue to play live shows to promote the new Animus album!… more...
