Mannequin Republic would like to give a huge thanks to everyone who made the August 14 gig with Flyleaf and Trinatyde such a big success.

Thanks to Dollarosa for sharing the stage and the last minute lending of some equipment.  Also, thanks to The Hi Fi Bar, Metropolis Touring and everyone else behind the scenes that made this event possible.

We also want to thank Flyleaf for making the long trip over to Australia from the USA and putting on such a fantastic show.  They were a pleasure to work with and a class act.

Of course it would not have been nearly as much fun without you crazy fanatics and Tydons in Brisbane who took the time to show up and rock out with us.  We look forward to doing it again soon.

Don’t forget you can catch Trinatyde again on Thursday October 17 at their debut Snitch performance … more...

Mannequin Republic would like to thank everyone who came out to see the awesome show on August 10 featuring stellar performances by Attila all the way out from America and Mannequin Republic’s own As Paradise Falls.

On behalf of the band, we truly appreciate everyone who put their moshing shoes on and took to the pits to have fun with As Paradise Falls as they continue to evolve with their new line up.

Special thanks to Thriller and the event organisers at Coniston Lane in The Valley for making it happen.  Also big thanks Chris Whitbread from The Strategem for filling in on drums.

We all had a great time with Attila and the lads of Knights Like These, who got us to rock out and party Brissie-style.

Make sure you head back to Coniston Lane on October 6 to see As Paradise Falls again for their next upcoming gig … more...
