Mannequin Republic’s resident post-hardcore Perth band, Afraid Of Heights, are spreading their seed far and wide. Early last month, the Where You Belong EP was released on iTunes and now you can get your copy from the HMV Digital website.
Thanks to Heads&Tails Records, the debut studio EP for Afraid Of Heights can be downloaded on from the digital-only version of the world famous HMV music store. The 7 track album is priced at a very reasonable £4.74, or $7.50, for instant download of high quality 320k mp3s.

Just prior the release of their new EP, Meanwhile, In The Sky… hardcore shooting stars Road To Ransome were featured on the 5th episode of Moshcast on the Chucking A Mosh website.
Anyone who follows the underground music scene knows Chucking A Mosh is the place to be for news and information on the hardcore, metal and alternative rock scene. Resist The Thought is going on the road this month for one of the most talked about national tours in the Australian hardcore metal scene. The Sydney based metal quartet kicked things off on their home turf and are working their way around Adelaide, Melbourne, and Brisbane before hitting the Sunshine Coast.
On Saturday, April 28, the Price Street Hall (Price Street) in Nambour will rock to what could be the Coast’s heaviest hardcore show of the year. Featuring Resist The Thought up from New South Wales, Countdown To Armageddon, For Salvage, Wolf Creek and Hand Of The Architect. Plus, as a special bonus, Mannequin Republic’s own The Endless Pandemic will perform as part of their Shadows EP launch tour. Doors open at 5:00 pm and entry is only $10!

At the end of March, the fine folks at Off The Record music publication company released volume 3 of their Ear Bleeders series, which featured 2 Mannequin Republic acts: the always awesome Road To Ransome and the ever improving Gathered Below.
The compilation was released with the April addition of Drum Media magazine and features 18 incredible tracks from underground hardcore metal bands across Australia.
Fans around Australia may know Off The Record from their many special edition compilation CDs featured in local street press from coast to coast. Their Ear Bleeders series has proven especially popular and the latest release is available now.

The Endless Pandemic have just released their first EP, entitled Shadows on April 14. This is the band’s first major release, produced by Joel Adams of Malice Audio, who just finished the recent Road To Ransome EP, Meanwhile, In The Sky…
To celebrate the new Shadows EP, The Endless Pandemic our putting on an east coast tour over the next two months. They have just completed their first launch show in Sydney at SFX and now they will be concentrating on Queensland to promote the new disc.
On Sunday, April 22, The Endless Pandemic will play a house show in Brisbane (135 Logan Road, Loganlea) with In The Walls, Ashes Of December and heaps more. Show starts at noon, entry is only $5 and it is all ages! See more here.
