Big Weekend For Live Music

Attention Mannequin Republic Fanatics and all fans of live hardcore, alternative and rock music: this Friday and Saturday night are going to be full of gigs in Brisbane that will blow your mind!

On Friday, November 11, you have your choice of two shows.

For the alternative rock and heavy music junkie, make your way to the Hotel Orient (560 Queen Street, Brisbane) at 8:00 pm where you can hear TJ Hollis, The Howls, The Righteous & the Wicked, Zombie Apocalypse Theory, Crocrat Zebrapig and Mannequin Republic’s flagship alt-rock act, Hack.

Entry is only $10 to see 6 bands rock the house all night long.  You won’t want to miss it.  See more here.

For the hardcore, loud and brutal music enthusiast, come over to the Transcontinental Hotel (482 George Street, Brisbane) at 8:00 pm and get an ear full of Mannequin Republic’s Gathered Below with Brewzer, DMS, Hooligans and Grey Matter.

Does it get any better?  Sure does!  It’s all free and right in town (across from Roma Street Station) so come out and be part of it.  See more here.

The next day, on Saturday, November 12, the highly anticipated Warrant Promotions show goes off at Basement 243 (243 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley.  The show starts at 8:00 pm and features a stacked line up, including Mannequin Republic’s hardcore shooting stars: Road To Ransome with Torn Asunder, Greenstreet and A Vast Hope.
