Road To Ransome Recording

Road To Ransome

Rumours have been circulating around upcoming recording projects for Road To Ransome over the last several weeks.  The band has been making a name for themselves after stellar performances at Snitch, Halloween Fest and On The Edge and fans have been chattering about the possibility of a new recording project.

Mannequin Republic can now confirm that Road To Ransome are currently in the studio working on their first full length album.  The album will feature previously unrecorded material and several new tracks.

Fanatics have already been given a glimpse of the cover art, which is featured on Road To Ransome’s latest merchandise release, which were snapped up by the masses who came out in force for the October 27 Hotel Orient show.

Bribie Island Skate Park Show

Mannequin Republic is pleased to announce that we are presenting the Wolf Creek EP launch at what is sure to be an incredible free show at the Bribie Island Skate Park on Saturday November 26.

The show kicks off at 2:00 pm after the skate clinic and competition (show up early to check that out) and the bands will be rocking it all afternoon long.

This show is free and all ages so come out and see some of the region’s hottest hardcore rock and alternative bands, including Wolf Creek, As We Stand (NSW), Deadlights, Asleep In The Light and Lead The Assault.

Bring your pocket money for the awesome food, t-shirts, band merch and gear that will be for sale.

Hack Album Out Soon

The anticipation builds for the initial release of alternative rock machine, Hack.  The band has official finished all the recording and mastering.  They are waiting on just a few finishing touches before their debut EP, Outlaw, goes out to the masses.

For those of you who have seen Hack live, you already know you can expect a hard and heavy alt-rock explosion.  If you’re not familiar with Hack, make sure you get out to see them at one of their many upcoming shows, including the highly anticipated Punk Vs Metal II at the Prince of Wales Hotel (1154 Sandgate Road, Nundah) on December 2nd.… more...
