Controversy Already Around Upcoming Jon Experiment Show

Headlining act for the upcoming show Never Mind The Lawn Bowles, Jesus Christ (the G.G. Allin tribute band) has been sparking controversy over the last week from outraged church goers in Melbourne. The protest over the band’s upcoming performance on Easter Sunday has gained attention from major media outlets including Channel Ten News and the Sunrise morning program.

The event has been prompted to change venues. The show, which was to take place on April 15th at the Greenslopes Bowls Club, is now being held on the same day at Basement 243.

Come and see what all the noise is about! Doors open at 7:00, tickets are $12.

Along with Jesus Christ, you’ll also get to see punk and metal acts Cunt Butcher, Bonesaw, Whiskey & Speed and Mannequin Republic’s The Jon Experiment, who hold 3 of the top spots on the Triple J Unearthed charts. Go and vote for them now!
